In addition to his CFO activities, Mr. Stratton also founded and is a partner of Carlton Services, LLC, one of the Delaware Valley’s largest bookkeeping firms. Carlton has grown since its founding in 2002 through a focus on reliable, high quality service delivered by an experienced, professional staff of CPAs, accountants, and bookkeepers. In 2007, Bart Isdaner joined Carlton as President and now manages Carlton’s business, allowing Mr. Stratton to fully focus on his CFO clients. As a result of the continuing relationship between Stratton Ltd. and Carlton, our clients have access to Carlton’s range of financial professionals to address various needs in our clients’ accounting department. Such needs can range from one-time projects to long-term part-time bookkeeping assignments.  

Stratton Ltd. and Carlton have several mutual clients in which Mr. Stratton supervises Carlton’s accountant or bookkeeper. This arrangement provides clients with a cost-effective outsourcing arrangement for both CFO services and some or all clerical functions.
