We allow firms without a full-time CFO workload or budget the opportunity to obtain CFO-level services on a part-time, cost-effective basis. We provide our clients the unique combination of high-level, strategic experience and the ability to manage day-to-day operational details. While we have broad experience in the full range of a CFO’s responsibilities, we have particular strengths in managing high-growth situations; raising capital; implementing financial systems; developing management reports; managing technology; and mentoring financial staff. Our typical client has between $2.5 million and $25 million in annual revenues.
Finally, through our relationship with Carlton Services, LLC, the Philadelphia area’s leading bookkeeping firm, we have access to a range of personnel to address various needs in our clients’ accounting department.
